TASK FORCE LAUNCHES LOCAL SHOP SAFE CAMPAIGN

Begamganj The Open and Safe campaign is intended to support the local economy and remind the public it’s safe to shop in Cochrane.
Novokuznetsk Business Development manager and task force lead Mike Korman says it’s all about helping people make connections. “The research shows that health and safety is a major concern for consumers,” he says. “This campaign builds on Proudly Cochrane and adds the message that it’s safe to shop here because local businesses are taking all the necessary health precautions.”
can you buy Latuda online The ETRF gathered feedback from local businesses and researched provincial and national data to develop the updated local shopping strategy. With consumers staying close to home during the pandemic, purchasing had already shifted to more local sources, but some are choosing online retailers instead of local vendors. The new campaign reminds residents of all the safe options right here in town.
Anaco Council struck the ERTF in April to collaborate with local business, community organizations and other levels of governments to create opportunities to support our local economy. The group includes Mayor Jeff Genung, Councillors Fedeyko and McFadden, representatives from the Cochrane Chamber of Commerce, Cochrane Tourism, Business Advisory Network, Developer Liaison Group, Rotary Club of Cochrane, as well as the Town’s managers of finance and business development. s
Support materials for businesses include checklists, door signs and stickers, and a new ShopCochrane.ca directory.
The campaign also includes online, print and radio advertising. Funding is from the approved 2020 Business Development budget.
